Brendan Gill (Democratic Party) is an at-large member of the Essex County Board of County Commissionersin New Jersey. He assumed office on January 1, 2021. His current term ends in 2027. Gill (Democratic Party) ran in a special election to the U.S. House to represent New Jersey's 11th Congressional District. He lost in the special Democratic primary on February 5, 2026.
