I pledge to seek $10 Billion from President Donald Trump to create the best flood mitigation system ever created to improve Houston's flood mitigation system. We need a more reliable power source. The City of Chicago has successfully used nuclear energy to mitigate risk and save lives for decades, and In order for Houston to never lose power again in a freeze or a flood, Houston needs to do the same with a flood mitigation system powered with nuclear energy. We can achieve this. My plan would be to very specifically and similarly, like Chicago, build 6 reactors to power the greater Houston area. It is my intention to cordially negotiate this effort with our President Donald Trump. Together, we must create a flood mitigation system that dispels flood waters faster than they come in.
