I spent 12 years on active duty including two combat deployments to Afghanistan, leading soldiers in some of the most challenging environments our nation has faced. After the Army, I earned my MBA in Energy Management from the University of Wyoming because I wanted to understand and fight for the industry that built our state. I then served as Policy Advisor to Senator Cynthia Lummis, working on defense, homeland security, agriculture, and trade policy.\r\nMy wife Alex and I are building our family in Casper, where we attend St. Anthony's Catholic Church. I'm running for Congress because Wyoming's way of life is under attack from federal overreach, and I can't sit on the sidelines when I've spent my entire adult life in service - first in uniform defending our country, then in Congress fighting for Wyoming's interests. The EPA strangles our coal, oil, and gas production through regulations and permit delays. The BLM restricts grazing permits across Wyoming's 17.4 million acres of federal grazing land, threatening ranchers' livelihoods. I will fight to unleash Wyoming's energy dominance, approve drilling and mining permits, stop EPA overreach, and protect ranchers' grazing rights. With an MBA in Energy Management from UW and experience fighting these battles for Senator Lummis, I know how to win. Wyoming's resources should benefit Wyoming families.</li><li>Wyoming families are being crushed by decades of reckless federal spending. Groceries cost more, gas costs more, housing costs more - all because Washington spent trillions we didn't have and destroyed the value of every dollar you earn. I will fight to cut federal spending, balance the budget, and stop the spending that's destroying family budgets. That means opposing wasteful spending, supporting a Balanced Budget Amendment, and cutting the bureaucratic bloat that wastes taxpayer money. Our $39 trillion national debt is stealing from our children's future. We must stop spending money we don't have and return to fiscal sanity before it's too late.</li><li>America faces a three-front security crisis: China building for confrontation, the lingering effects of a border that was open for four years, and threats to Wyoming's military installations. As an Army Ranger with two Afghanistan deployments, I know weakness invites war and strength prevents it. I will ensure our military can deter China; support Warren Air Force Base's Sentinel ICBM modernization and Wyoming National Guard funding; stop illicit drugs killing Americans and coming into communities like Wind River; treat border security as the national security issue it is; and stand with our troops and veterans who defend freedom.
