This creates a dynamic forum for national debate, often making it more partisan and faster-moving than the Senate. <br/><br/>\r\nFrequent Elections Drive Accountability Every 2 Years:<br/>\n</p>\nShort terms ensure members remain highly accountable to their constituents.
