Leaders announce massive, sweeping shakeups that make for great headlines but fall apart in a courtroom five minutes later. Do you know who pays for those headlines? You do. When the government loses those cases, taxpayers fork over millions in backpay and legal fees.\r\nResponsible Government:\r\nCutting the waste, not just the wire: Ending ineffectual programs that don't pass constitutional muster.\r\n</p>\nStabilizing costs: You cannot lower the cost of living with a 'move fast and break things' attitude.
