Not to mention Private Equity buying up entire neighborhoods. This leads to less competition, higher prices and worse quality of products & services. \r\n</p><p>We must use the existing Anti-Trust laws to break up these monopolies. Then, we need to write new Anti-Trust laws to break up the Tech Oligarchy. \r\n</p>\nFinally, we must go after corporations that price gouge under the guise of inflation.</li><li>AI & Data Center Regulation \r\n\r\nI am a Software Engineer & former Machine Learning Researcher. No one in Congress currently understands technology so we are left with the Tech Oligarchs writing their own rules. \r\n\r\nAI chat bots should be BANNED for kids under 18. There is no benefit to Human-Imitating-Machines messing with our kids' minds. \r\n\r\nData Centers should be REQUIRED to build their own energy supply when they come to a state or locality. \r\n\r\nThese are common sense, bipartisan solutions everyone wants to see. But until we get someone in office who understands technology & has the desire to regulate it for safety, we will continue to see technology make our lives worse.</li><li>End the Endless War Machine - Audit the Pentagon\r\n\r\nWe have the money to build a better society, we are simply wasting it on war. We need candidates who are willing to challenge the Military Industrial Complex. \r\n\r\nI will not vote to fund the Pentagon until they pass an audit.
