I am a retired U.S. Navy Supply Corps officer with twenty years of service, having served afloat, ashore, and overseas. I have over thirty years of experience leading people, managing resources, and guiding organizational change across public and private sectors. I hold a Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, a Master of Public Administration from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources from Regents College, University of the State of NY. I am a proud husband, father, and grandfather.
