I understand that policy, must be rooted in data, empathy, and results.\r\n</p><p>I'm Nathan Deer. I was born in Los Angeles, to immigrants from Ukraine, and I moved to San Francisco in 2016. An immunologist, I have a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA with a Master’s from NYU.
