In 2022, my insurance and realtor licenses were suspended by the same family court after my ex filed, due to unpaid arrears following hardships caused by Louisiana’s back-to-back hurricanes and the COVID shutdowns. Arrested multiple times for pleading to see my kids, I’ve faced a system that punishes love rather than protects it. Washington has become a club for elites, not a voice for the people. I’m running to restore representation that actually reflects the struggles of everyday Americans and to fight for policies that put citizens—not lobbyists or insiders—first.</li><li>2. Fix the Systems That Are Failing Families\r\nI’ve lived the failures of family courts, healthcare, and education firsthand. No parent should go bankrupt just trying to see their children. I support capping court and legal fees in custody cases and advancing a Parental Rights Amendment. That system has given us more debt, more corruption, and less trust in government—not more accountability. Real leadership should not be purchased, assigned, or pre-approved by gatekeepers. I am not endorsed by the political machine, and I do not seek permission from it.
